CMI FACTORY PREFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORING

The days of having to wax and scrub your hardwood floors are pretty much gone with CMi solid hardwood flooring.

Sophisticated techniques are used to quickly apply highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane finish right at the factory.

Each plank has at least 6-10 coats applied within a matter of minutes. Our state-of-the-art facility uses calibrated ultra-violet lamps to cure each coat of the prefinished wood plank.

This will considerably help make the hardwood floors so much easier to maintain. Maintenance is quick and easy with CMi prefinished flooring.

To keep it looking like new, you need only vacuum with a soft bristle or wipe with a soft cloth.

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. Sorting
Meticulous process of clear wood selection to ensure uniformity in color, grain and length.

2. Drying
Factory finish cured with calibrated ultra-violet lamps.

3. Finishing
Application of clear, tough, durable polyurethane for a thicker wear layer.
